Lifestyle Coaching is for anyone! 

It is not only about  preventative medicine but also how to change long standing patterns that can create dis-ease.

  Sometimes it is about wanting to age gracefully.  Other times it might be about weight loss or dealing with anxiety or depression.  

Just know we look at you thru a holistic lens which includes your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and community health. 

We may ask questions about the following: 

  • Are you moving throughout the day?

  • What are you eating?

  • What is your sleep like?

  • Are your emotions up and down?

  • Do you have a spiritual life and/or spiritual community you are connected to?

  • Are you connecting with friends and family?

The answer to these questions determines the healing path that we will embark on together, when you are ready to change.  We will suggest where to start but ultimately you are in charge of the process.  

Coaches are on their own healing path in which they can share  experiences and helpful tools and tips which have worked for themselves and others.  

Ultimately however, it is about YOU wanting to make changes.  So, answer this question for yourself.  What do I want out of life?
